Ingredients:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Papaya paste as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Fried onion 1/2
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut beef into small small pieces, add all ingredients, marinate it and keep in fridge overnight.
  2. Then cook on low flame on medium flame, give smoke of coal, garnish with onion, coriander leaves and lemons and serve.

Bihari Boti is BBQ dish. It is prepared with beef & cooked on coal. It is usually prepared in Eid-ul-Adha in Pakistan & served with paratha & chutney.
