Spicy Thai Beef

Ingredients:

  • Undercut beef 1/2 kg

For Sauce:

  • Red chilies 4-5
  • Lime leaves 6
  • Garlic 1 tbsp

Other Ingredients:

  • Onion slice 1
  • Capsicum slice 1
  • Basil leaves 1/2 cup
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Blend all sauce ingredients and make paste.
  2. Heat oil and fry beef on high flame.
  3. Add all other ingredients and put paste.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes and take it out.

Spicy Thai Beef is spicy dish. It is made with undercut beef and served in sauce. It is prepared in few steps.
