Ingredients:

  • Milk 2 kg
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Pistachio slice 2 tbsp
  • Strawberry jelly 1 cup
  • Pineapple tidbits 1 tin
  • Rose sharbat 4 tbsp
  • Cream 2 packet
  • Strawberry custard powder 3 tbsp
  • Colorful vermicelli 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boil milk and sugar, put dissolved custard powder and cook until milk is thick.
  2. Now add vermicelli and cook more.
  3. Cool custard and fold cream, pineapple, pistachio and jelly.
  4. Then mix rose sharbat and serve chilled.

Lab-e-Shireen is delightful and delicious dessert. It is common dessert in Pakistan. It is served in parties and on Eid. It is prepared in various methods. It is prepared with milk and it is boiled. Nuts, colorful vermicelli, fruits and colorful jellies are added and served chilled.
