Kulfa Kheer

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Bread slices 4
  • Pistachios 100 gm
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Kewra 1 tsp
  • Rice ground 4 tbsp
  • Silver paper 4
  • Pistachios for garnish

Method:

  1. Put sugar, cardamom powder, pistachio and ground rice in milk and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  2. Now soak bread slice in milk and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Now blend bread slice and khoya.
  4. Then add in cooked milk and cook on low flame.
  5. When thick, close stove, put kewra and take out in dish.
  6. Then garnish with pistachios and silver paper and serve.

Kulfa Kheer is delicious sweet dish. Kulfa is prepared at home and cooked with milk. Must try this sweet dish at home and surprise your family.
