Fridge Cake

Ingredients:
- Plain biscuits 1-2 packets
- Fresh cream 2 packets
- Coffee 2 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Pineapple 1 cup
- Chocolate sauce for decoration
Method:
- Mix coffee with milk and dip plain biscuits.
- Make layer of mixture in dish and add fresh cream.
- Then top with pineapple chunks, add chocolate sauce, keep in fridge and serve chilled.
Fridge Cake is amazing cake. Biscuits is dipped in milk coffee mixture and made layer. Topped with cream, pineapple & chocolate sauce and served chilled.
