Ingredient:

  • Potato – ½ kg (mashed)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Red chilies – 1 tbsp
  • Pepper – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Cumming seeds – ½ tbsp
  • Green chilies – 6 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
  • Plain flour – ½ kg
  • Baking soda – ½ tbsp
  • Oregano – ½  tbsp
  • Oil – for frying

Method:

  1. Mix mashed potatoes with salt, red chilies, pepper, cumin, green chilies, and lemon juice.
  2. In a pan, cook jiggery with water to make syrup.
  3. Mix flour with salt, baking soda, oregano and syrup to knead dough.
  4. Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes and let it alleviate.
  5. Make small portions out of the dough and stuff each portion with 1 table spoon potato mixture.
