					Ingredients:
- Dried prawns – 1 kg
 
- Salt – to taste
 
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
 
- Onions – 3 medium (chopped)
 
- Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
 
- Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
 
- Oil – ¾ cups
 
Method:
- Take a pot and heat oil in it.
 
- Fry prawns for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
 
- In another pot, heat oil and fry onions until brown.
 
- Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder.
 
- Include some water and stir well.
 
- Add fried prawns in the spiced onions and cover the pot.
 
- Heat for 10 minutes and serve hot.
