Smooth Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 leaf    Plain gelatin
  • 3/4 cup    Milk
  • 3/4 cup    Sugar
  • 2 1/2 cup    Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp    Vanilla

Method:

  1. Soften gelatin in milk in a saucepan.
  2. Then heat the milk and add sugar. Stir until smooth.
  3. Cool the mixture. Blend in yogurt and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  4. Store in freezer till frozen. Stir after every 15 minutes to avoid lumps.
  5. Serve with strawberries and mint
