Pie Crust

Ingredients:

  • Flour – 2 Cups
  • Margarine - 1/2 Cup
  • Salt (optional) – To taste
  • Water - 1/2 Cup

Method:

  1. Mix flour, margarine and salt together, adding up water.
  2. Separate dough into two balls.  
  3. Roll one ball into a 9" pie crust.  
  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 C for a half-baked pie crust.  
  5. Roll other ball into top crust.
