Cheese bites

Ingredients:

  • Cheddar cheese - 12 ounces
  • Egg whites – 3
  • Flour – ½ cup
  • Hot sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Paprika – ¼ tbsp
  • Oil – for frying
  • Parsley –  tbsp

Method:

  1. Beat egg whites and add shredded cheese along with then add flour, hot sauce, salt, parsley and paprika.
  2. Shape mixture into small balls and roll in cornmeal.
  3. Put oil in a pot and place cheese balls in hot oil.
  4. Cook until golden brown.
