Chicken Indonesia Style by Chef Zakir

Chicken Indonesian style


  • 2 chicken breasts 
  • half capsicum (shimla mirch)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pineapple ring 
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup dried flour
  • 1 medium piece of carrot
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Oil
  • salt to taste


  1. In a chopper machine, chop together 2 chicken breast, half capsicum, I medium carrot, 1 tsp ginger tarlic paste, a pineapple ring, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper and 2 tbsp mayonnaise. 
  2. When this mixture is ready, take it out of the chopper. 
  3. In a different bowl, beat 2 eggs and add ½ cup four, ½ sp black pepper, salt to taste, 4 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp corn flour and small quantity of water in it to prepare batter and deep fry in pre heated oil. 
  4. When its color changes to golden brown. Delicious chicken Indonesian style is ready to serve.
