Black Forest Cake


  • 12 eggs
  • 25 grams baking powder
  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 250 grams flour
  • 300 grams sugar
  • few drops of vanilla essence
  • 1 cup red jam
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 cup sugar syrup
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • Fresh cream 100 ml
  • 100 grams cooking chocolate
  • 250 grams white butter


  1. Firstly beat 12 eggs with an electric beater and include 300 grams sugar in it.
  2. When sugar has completely dissolve, add 250 grams flour, 50 grams cocoa powder, few drops of vanilla essence and 25 grams baking powder in it.
  3. Pour the mixture in a mould and bake it in preheated oven at 180c for 40 minutes.
  4. Take it out and horizontally slice into two equal halves. Halve.
  5. When sponge is on room temperature, apply some sugar syrup and red jam on top of one half.
  6. Then apply rest of the butter cream. In the end, make a layer of 1 cup chopped pineapple around it.
  7. Put the other half of sponge on it and coat properly with remaining sugar syrup, fresh cream and red jam.
  8. Fill remaining butter cream in a piping and make flower on top of the cake.
  9. Lace a cherry on each flour. Grate 100 grams cooking chocolate and sprinkle on the top cake.
  10. Then pour some chocolate fudge on the corners. Black forest cake is ready.
  11. For butter cream, beat together 250 grams butter, 100ml fresh cream and ½ cup icing sugar with an electric beater.
  12. Keep the mixture in refrigerate.

Bottle Gourd Halwa


  • 2 long bottle gourd
  • 250 grams dry milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 250 grams dry milk
  • 1 cup sugar 50 grams almonds, pistachio
  • ¼ cup clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp rose essence


  1. Firstly, peel 2 bottle gourd, de seeds and then grate them. Now boil grated bottle gourd in small quantity of water until it as softened.
  2. Rinse and keep it aside. in a pan slightly cook together ¼ clarified butter, 1 cup sugar and 2 tbsp rose essence.
  3. Then add boiled bottle gourd and stir properly on high flame. Also add 50 grams finely chopped almonds and pistachio in it when sugar has completely dissolve, add 250 grams dried milk and mix it properly for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Delicious bottle gourd halva is ready to serve.
