Balti Lamb Kabab With Baby Onions And Potatoes
- Mince ½ kg
- Onion ground 1
- Capsicum 1
- Egg 1
- Green chilies 4
- Baby onion 10
- Baby potatoes 10
- Bread crumbs ½ cup
- All spice 1 tsp
- Red Chili powder
- Salt 1 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Mix together 1 ground onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp all spice, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp corn flour, 1 tsp chili powder, 2 tbsp coriander leaver, 4 chopped green chilies, 1 cup bread crumbs and 1 egg very well in mince.
- Make into sausage shape kabab, pan fry for 7 to 8 minute with 2 tbsp oil.
- In another pan heat ¼ cup ol, add 10 baby onion and 10 boiled baby potatoes, fry till its color turn to golden brown, add capsicum cubes and pan fried kabab, gently mix everything.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
