Chicken Butter Masala

Ingredients

  • ½ kg boneless chicken
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4 green chilies
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 tsp green chili paste
  • 1 tsp red chili paste
  • 1 tsp coriander paste
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp hot spices powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp coriander 

Method
  1. In a cooking pan add 1 cup crushed onion cook until its water dries.
  2. Then add in 100 gm butter and 2 tbsp preheated oil, 250 gm yogurt, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and ½ tsp whole spices powder fry them altogether firmly.
  3. Then add in ½ kg boneless chicken and 4 green chilies and cook for 10 cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Towards the sprinkle 2 tbsp green coriander particles and serve.
