Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 250ml low fat natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp chopped capers
  • 1 dill cucumber, chopped
  • 3 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp finely chopped mixed fresh herbs - use a mixture of 3 of the following: basil, chervil, rosemary, chives, fennel, thyme, tarragon

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
