Beef and Potato Pie

Ingredients:

  • 500 gram of ground beef.
  • 1 or 2 onions (as desired).
  • 2 eggs.
  • Paprika (optional).
  • Mashed potatoes (homemade or made out of flakes).
  • Grated cheese.
  • 1 splash of olive oil.
  • A pinch of salt.

Method:

  1. Put some oil on a frying pan and stir-fry the onion. Add the beef and cook until done. Add salt and paprika to taste.
  2. Place eggs on a pot with water and oil for 10 minutes. When it’s done, chop and mix with the beef on the frying pan.
  3. When the beef is ready, prepare the mashed potatoes.
  4. Place the beef mixture and extend it over a baking tin. Spread the mashed potato over the beef layer. You can use a fork for proper spreading. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes and serve.
