					Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Shrimp peeled, deveined and cooked
- Juice and zest of two lemons
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped finely parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Garnish: lemon zest, lemon slices, chopped fresh parsley
Method:
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon zest, juice, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
- Add the shrimp, toss to mix well. 
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Garnish with lemon zest and parsley and serve.
