Baked Whole Fresh Salmon
- Garlic powder
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- Scallions, chopped
- Fondle the outside of the fish with butter.
- Sprinkle some garlic powder over it.
- Pour the mixture of salt, pepper, cream and dill weed over the fish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees F.
