Baked Whole Fresh Salmon

Ingredients:

  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • Scallions, chopped

Method:

  1. Fondle the outside of the fish with butter.
  2. Sprinkle some garlic powder over it.
  3. Pour the mixture of salt, pepper, cream and dill weed over the fish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees F.
