Chicken Pate

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 8 oz. whipped cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon

Method:

  1. Take a pot and cook chicken breasts in boiling water for 45 minutes.
  2. After they are boiled, cut chicken into cubes.
  3. In another pot or bowl combine all ingredients to form a mixture.
  4. Place mixture into a small pan coated with oil.
  5. Refrigerate for 8 hours for the mixture absorb the flavors.
  6. Serve with crackers or French bread.

Great appetizer served with crackers
