Onion and Mushroom Gravy

  • 1 pack dry onion soup
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cup water


  1. Combine onion soup mix in a pot and water and beat in cornstarch.
  2. Add mushrooms to the pot.
  3. Heat while stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Serve hot.

Easy to make gravy for beef dishes, soups, stews and casseroles.
