Sauté Chicken with Peaches
- 4 thin sliced Chicken Breasts
- 2 forked eggs
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 small can sliced peaches
- Grilled peaches to serve
- Process peaches in a food processor.
- Dip chicken Breasts in forked eggs.
- Sauté in a pan until done.
- Cover with processed peach sauce
- Heat gently in a pan for a few minutes.
- Serve with grilled peaches.
