Ingredients for Peppercorn Steak:

  • Undercut 2-8
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  • Wooster shier sauce 2 tbsp
  • H.P sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Peppercorn Sauce:

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Heaped flour 1 tbsp
  • H.P sauce 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Burn sugar syrup 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Spread undercut steak pieces with garlic paste, salt, crushed black pepper & mustard paste & marinate it.
  2. Then heat oil, fry undercut steak on both sides for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  3. Now add sauce and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Then take out in sizzler dish and serve with crushed black pepper, onion rings, french fries & boil vegetables.
  5. To make sauce: In on pan, heat oil & butter, add flour, salt, crushed black pepper & water and cook until it becomes thick.
  6. Now add fresh cream, h.p sauce & burn sugar syrup and make sauce.

Ingredients for Tarragon Chicken Steak:

  • Boneless chicken breasts 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Rose merry 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Steak sauce 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Creamy Tarragon Sauce:

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Dried tarragon 1 tsp
  • Parsley 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Finely chopped spring onion 1 tsp
  • Mushrooms sliced 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First mix boneless chicken breast, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, wooster sauce, garlic, rose merry, soya sauce & steak sauce.
  2. Heat oil and fry chicken from both sides.
  3. Add half creamy tarragon sauce and serve it.
  4. To make creamy tarragon sauce: In on pan, heat butter, add sliced mushrooms, corn flour white vinegar, cream, dried tarragon, parsley, salt, black pepper & finely chopped spring onion, cook it nicely until it becomes thick.

Ingredients for Spanish Chicken Steak:

  • Boneless chicken breasts 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Rose merry leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Spanish Cream Sauce:

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Wooster shier sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  • Water 3/4 cup
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • mahrukhkeenIi would suggest that next time u should buy just plain paprika, it has mild flavor and is very little sweet. Since u bought it, instead of 1 tsp, use 3/4 tsp and add pinch of chilli powder. Paprika comes in other flavours also like hot paprika, smoked paprika. So buy after reading label correctly. good luck.

  • for spanish steak i bought Paprika.. But theres written sweet below it. Can i use it or is it not correct? Kindly reply asap
