Ingredients for American Chop Suey:

  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Chicken boneless cubes 1 cup
  • Prawns 1 cup
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Carrot 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Chicken stock 1/2 cup
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  • Dakhni mirch 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Eggs 2

Method:

  1. Boil noodles for 6 to 8 minutes and take out from water.
  2. Deep fry noodles in oil  and take out.
  3. Heat oil in one big pan and roast crushed garlic.
  4. Now add chicken & prawns, put some water and cook until its water dries.
  5. Now add chicken stock and cook well until both things cooked well.
  6. Then put crushed onion, carrot, capsicum and cabbage.
  7. Together add salt & black pepper and roast it for 2 minutes.
  8. Now add remaining stock. When stock boils, put corn flour in water and mix in it.
  9. When gravy becomes thick, add crushed spring onion.
  10. Spread gravy on fried noodles.
  11. Put fried eggs on top and serve it.
