Ingredients for Haray Bharay Aloo:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 2 bunches
  • Lemons 3
  • Green chilies 8
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil in one karahi.
  2. Now peel potatoes, cut into cubes and deep dry in hot oil.
  3. When golden brown then take out. Keep 1/2 cup oil in karahi and take out remaining.
  4. Then grind coriander, green chilies and whole black pepper, put in hot oil and fry it.
  5. After that, add fried potato, mix it nicely and put lemon juice. Serve mazaydar haray bharay aloo with hot chapati or naan.
