Ingredients for Nawabi Tikya:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 3 tsp
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted gram grinded 3 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ghee for shallow fry

Method:

  1. First, mix raw papaya, ginger garlic, green cardamom powder, roasted gram grinded, chili powder, salt and all spice in mince and mix it.
  2. Now grind it, make paste and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Then make it balls, flat it and give shape of kabab.
  4. After that, shallow fry on tawa until golden brown.
  5. In end, serve hot with chutney.
