Ingredients:

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put white flour, ghee, cumin and salt in one bowl, knead it and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Now roll it like 1 thin layer, cut into finely pieced with knife and fry it.
  3. When light brown, take it out and serve.
