Bhopali Seekh Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Cottage cheese 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Mace grinded 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Brown onion 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Now chop it and chill it for 30 minutes.
  3. Now make seekh kabab and bake it or pan fry it.
  4. In end, garnish with onion rings and tomato slice and serve.
