Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry 250 gm
  • Custard 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Jelly cubes 1 cup

Method:

  1. For custard: Mix custard in 1 cup cold milk.
  2. Now heat milk.
  3. When milk is hot, add sugar.
  4. When sugar dissolves, put little little custard, when custard becomes thick, add cream and beat it.
  5. Now remove it and cool it.
  6. For puff pastry: Now roll puff pastry and cut with round mould.
  7. Then bake puff in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Now do filling with custard.
  9. Garnish with jelly cubes and serve.
