Arabian Rice by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Rice 250 gm
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Chicken boneless 1
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Raisins 10-12
  • Cloves 5
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Onion 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies sliced 2

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken boneless with salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, mustard powder, ginger garlic paste, ketchup and wooster sauce.
  2. Now heat oil and fry onion.
  3. Then add marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Now put boiled rice with green chilies sliced, 1/2 tsp black pepper, all spice powder and raisins and mix it nicely.
  5. Then sprinkle yellow color, cover it and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  6. Then mix it nicely and serve.
