Kerry Do Piazza by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1/2 kg
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Kerry cubes 1
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil mutton until it is approx ready.
  2. Then keep it aside.
  3. Now heat oil, fry onion slice until it is approx cooked. Don't to brown.
  4. Then take out half onion, add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder and turmeric in half onion and fry it nicely.
  5. Then put boiled meat with 1-1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until meat is approx cooked.
  6. Now add kerry, half onion and all spice and keep on simmer.
  7. Then put green chilies and green coriander.
