Sweet N Sour Keri Chutney by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Keri 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Orange color
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Critic acid 1/2 tsp
  • Round red chilies 4-6

Method:

  1. Peel keri and cut in cubes.
  2. Now bowl 1 cup water for 5 minutes.
  3. Then put sugar, ginger, orange color, salt and crushed red pepper and cook until syrup is thick.
  4. Then add round red chilies and take out.
  5. Now cool it and fill in sterilize jar.
