Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 300 grams
  • Buns 3 – 4
  • Broast masala as required
  • Cheese square (Sliced) 3 -4
  • Eggs 2 – 3
  • Chili garlic sauce as required
  • Garlic sauce as required
  • Vegetables as required
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut chicken breast into finely fillet and flat chicken with kitchen hammer.
  2. Now beat eggs.
  3. Coat chicken fillet with broast masala.
  4. Then dip in eggs  and coat again with broast masala.
  5. Now heat oil, fry fillet, take it out and keep it aside.
  6. Then toast burger buns lightly on tawa. Now fill buns with chicken,  chili garlic sauce, garlic sauce, cheese slice and vegetables and serve.
