					Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1 kg
 
- Mince meat 250 gm
 
- Green food color 1 pinch
 
- Red food color 1 pinch
 
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
 
- Green chutney 1 cup
 
- Tomato ketchup 2 cup
 
- Butter 100 gm
 
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
 
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
 
- Salt to taste
 
- Salad leaves as required
 
- Tomatoes as required
 
Method:
- Mix boiled rice, crushed red chilies, salt and crushed black pepper.
 
- Now divide into portions.
 
- Mix green food color in one portion, tomato ketchup & red food color in second portion and boiled mince and yellow food color in third portions separately.
 
- Then spread butter on oven proof dish and make layer of yellow rice.
 
- Then make layer of green rice.
 
- Then make layer of red rice and press with hands nicely.
 
- Then bake on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
 
- 5 layered rice is ready.
