Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • China grass powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Red food color few drops
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Pistachios and almonds 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Soak China grass powder in 1 cup water and cook until it dissolves.
  2. Now add milk and cook with sugar for 10 minutes.
  3. Then put dissolved China grass, take it out in one bowl and beat it nicely.
  4. Put pistachios, almonds, red food color and vanilla essence and leave it for set.
  5. In end, cool it and serve.
