Peshawari Karahi Gosht Masala by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 500 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Karahi gosht masala 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 4-5
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil or Ghee as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil or ghee in karahi pan and fry ginger garlic paste.
  2. Now add chicken and roast it.
  3. Then add water as required and cook it.
  4. Then add tomatoes and salt and roast it.
  5. Now add green chilies and mix it.
  6. When karahi leaves oil, take out in dish, garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
