					Ingredients:
- Dough 1/2 kg
 
- Mince 1/2 kg
 
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
 
- Salt to taste
 
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
 
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
 
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
 
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
 
- Green chilies 2
 
- Spring onions 1
 
Method:
- Finely chop green chilies, green coriander and spring onion.
 
- Now mix mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, Chinese salt, black pepper and red chili flakes.
 
- Now make small small rotiyan of dough, fill mince in it and keep second on it.
 
- Now keep in tray and freeze it.
