Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour or White flour 500 grams
  • Ghee 2-3 tbsp
  • Baking soda a pinch
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Put all purpose flour or white flour, baking soda, salt and water as required in mixing bowl and knead dough.
  2. Then make small portions and roll it.
  3. Then heat oil in frying pan, fry puri and serve hot.
