					Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 300 gm
 
- Milk 1/2 cup
 
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
 
- Ghee fro frying
 
- Salt to taste
 
Method:
- Add butter and salt in flour, mix it and knead with milk.
 
- Now make portions.
 
- Then roll it long with hands and make portions.
 
- Now put ghee on tawa, roll potions and fry on tawa.
 
- Then serve with hot.
