Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Suree soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Suree green chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Suree oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mashed potatoes to serve

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with soya sauce, green chili sauce, oyster sauce, ginger garlic paste, mustard powder, all spice and crushed black pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil and fry onion chopped until light golden.
  3. Then add marinated chicken and cook on low flame until it is ready.
  4. Then sprinkle all spice.
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes and dinner rolls.
