Chocolate Salami by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Coco powder 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Plain sweet biscuits 2 half rolls

Method:

  1. Process biscuits and make thick crumbs in blender.
  2. Pour water, coco powder and sugar in sauce pan.
  3. Cook until sugar dissolves.
  4. Keep stirring during this.
  5. Now, fold in biscuit crumbs and cook about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Wrap mixture in cling and press evenly.
  7. Refrigerate it for 20 minutes or until firm.
  8. Cut it into fine even slices and serve.
