Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 4 cups
  • Crushed garlic 3 tbsp
  • Spring onion leaves 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry crushed garlic until light golden.
  2. Now add boiled rice, salt, white pepper and soya sauce and mix it nicely.
  3. In end, put spring onion leaves, mix it nicely and take out it.
