Dark Chocolate Ganache by Zarnak Sidhwa
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Dark corn syrup 1 tbsp
- Dark chocolate chopped 4 oz
- In small saucepan, bring cream and corn syrup just to boil (small bubbles beginning to form around the sides of the pan) over medium heat, stirring until corn syrup is dissolved.
- Place chocolate in small bowl.
- Pour cream mixture over the chocolate and let stand.
- Using a spatula, mix well.
