Dark Chocolate Ganache by Zarnak Sidhwa

  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Dark corn syrup 1 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate chopped 4 oz


  1. In small saucepan, bring cream and corn syrup just to boil (small bubbles beginning to form around the sides of the pan) over medium heat, stirring until corn syrup is dissolved.
  2. Place chocolate in small bowl.
  3. Pour cream mixture over the chocolate and let stand.
  4. Using a spatula, mix well.
