Hara Masala Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Sela rice 300 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 2-3
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add cinnamon, cloves, mustard seeds, curry leaves and oil and fry it.
  2. Now put rice and mix it nicely.
  3. Then add coriander, green chilies and mint leaves and mix it.
  4. When rice is ready, take out in dish and serve.
