Arabian Rice by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Rice 250 gm
  • Chicken breast boneless 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard 1/4 tsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 10-12
  • Cloves 4
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies sliced 2
  • Onion 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil rice with 1 tsp salt.
  2. Marinate chicken with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 black pepper, mustard, ketchup, wooster sauce and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Heat oil and fry onion.
  4. Now put marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Then put boiled rice with green chilies, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, raisins and all spice powder and mix it nicely.
  6. Then sprinkle yellow color, cover it and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  7. Now mix it nicely and serve it.
