Ingredients:

  • Sesame seeds 500 gm
  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Green cardamom 5-6
  • Cloves 5-6
  • Milk 500 gm
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put sesame seeds in dry pan, roast it lightly, make paste of it and keep it aside.
  2. Now put semolina in this pan and roast it.
  3. Heat ghee in second pan, put cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and roast it.
  4. Now add semolina, sesame seed paste, sugar and milk and roast it nicely.
  5. When fragrance comes and halwa leaves ghee, dish out and serve.
