Cassata Ice Cream Cake by Shireen Anwer
- Sponge cake 2 cakes
- Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
- Strawberry ice cream 1 liter
- Chocolate ice cream 1 liter
- Almonds chopped 2 tbsp
- Walnuts chopped 2 tbsp
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream 8 oz
- Chocolate ganache 1 cup
- Cream 200 gm
- Chocolate 200 gm
- Put cake on loaf pan and spread vanilla ice cream.
- Now put almonds, walnuts, raisins and chocolate chips.
- Then put second layer of strawberry ice cream.
- In end, put chocolate ice cream and chill over night.
- In end, put chocolate ganache, garnish with cream and serve.
