Curry Patta Pulao by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Chicken stock 2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Whole all spices 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put chicken, whole all spices and ginger garlic paste and roast it nicely.
  3. Then add salt, stock and curry leaves and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  4. Then put rice, mint leaves and green chilies and cook it.
  5. When water dries, simmer it for 10 minutes.
  6. Curry patta pulao is ready.
