Aloo ki Patties by Chef Asad
- Potatoes/aalo: 4
- Kuti hui lal mirch/crushed red pepper: 1 tsp
- Zeera/cumin: 1 tsp
- Hara dhanya: 1/4 tsp
- Chat masla: 1 tsp
- Egg: 1
- Puff pastry: 250 gm
- Boil potatoes and mash it, add salt, crushed red pepper,cumin, hara dhania,chat masala mix it well and leave it for some while.
- Form patties out of puff pastery size whatever you want cut into two piece stuff potato batter in it and cover it.
- Press the edges with the help of fork.
- Mix one egg separately apply on the patties and bake it at 200 C for 15-20 min.
