					Ingredients:
- Finely chopped keri 1 kg
- Vinegar 2 cup
- Mustard seeds 4 tsp
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds 4 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Garlic cloves 2 tbsp
- Jaggery 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 250 gm
- Oil 1/2 cup
 
Method:
- Heat vinegar.
- When it boils, grind fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
- Now put grinded masala, red chilies, salt, turmeric and jaggery in vinegar and close stove.
- Now put keri first in jar.
- Put oil and mix it nicely.
