					Ingredients:
- Medium potatoes 3
- Onion 1
- Garlic thinly sliced as required
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper chopped as required
- Cream 1 cup
- Parmesan or cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
 
Method:
- Preheat oven 180 degrees C and grease it.
- Then cut potatoes and onion into slices.
- Then keep some potatoes, top with some onion, sprinkle some garlic, salt and black pepper and make layer of remaining onion and potato.
- Now mix cream and parmesan or cheddar cheese, add it and bake for 45 minutes.
- Then cool it for 5 minutes and serve.
